Why Supervision Matters

Supervision isn’t just a professional requirement — it’s a vital space to pause, reflect, and strengthen your practice.

Whether you're a trainee finding your feet or an experienced CBT therapist seeking a reflective space, our supervision sessions are designed to support you with clarity, compassion, and collaboration.

Who We Currently Support

Trainee CBT therapists – Working towards BABCP accreditation

Newly qualified clinicians – Building confidence in core competencies

Experienced therapists – Looking for reflective, formulation-driven supervision

Psychologists, counsellors or integrative therapists – Seeking CBT-informed clinical thinking

Why Choose Us

Our accredited supervisors are committed to supporting your growth, offering thoughtful and reliable supervision tailored to your professional needs.

1. Experienced

We’re accredited therapists with extensive NHS and private sector experience, bringing a wealth of clinical insight to every session.

2. Invested in your development

We’re passionate about nurturing practitioner growth and emotional sustainability—because your wellbeing matters, too.

3. Theory meets Experience

We offer supervision that balances clear structure with reflective space—grounded, practical, and tailored to how you work.

4. Relational Insight

We value the therapeutic relationship at the heart of supervision—encouraging open dialogue, curiosity, and trust to support deeper clinical understanding.

What you can expect

We offer a warm, non-judgmental, and reflective space where supervision is collaborative — you lead the agenda, and we support your process.

Our sessions create room to:

  • Strengthen CBT formulation skills (cross-sectional and longitudinal)

  • Explore clinical challenges safely, ethically, and with curiosity

  • Review recordings and evaluate interventions constructively

  • Reflect on countertransference, practitioner wellbeing, and emotional impact

  • Navigate accreditation pathways and competency frameworks (e.g., BABCP)

  • Engage in culturally attuned supervision — recognising identity, power, and difference in therapeutic practice
