We also work in partnership with organisations, schools, and community groups to support mental health and wellbeing across different settings. We welcome self-referrals as well as referrals from GPs, counsellors, social workers, and other professionals. We also accept referrals through private health insurance, including providers such as Bupa, AXA, Aviva, Vitality, Cigna, WPA, and many more. Information will only be shared with your explicit consent, unless there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case we have a duty of care to act appropriately. We’re always happy to talk you through our confidentiality policy in more detail if you have any questions or concerns.
-
5. Do you offer online therapy?Yes — we offer secure and flexible online therapy via video calls, as well as in-person sessions where preferred. Online therapy allows you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home, while still receiving the same level of care, professionalism, and confidentiality. Let us know what works best for you — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
-
6. How long are sessions and how often will I need them?Appointments typically last 50 minutes. The frequency and duration of therapy will depend on your goals, needs, and preferences — we’ll explore this together during your initial consultation. Some clients benefit from short-term work focused on a specific issue, while others may prefer longer-term support. We’ll work with you to find the right approach.
-
7. How much does therapy cost?Fees vary depending on the type of therapy: Individual Therapy – £87 per session Couples and Family Therapy – £99 per session We also work with selected private health insurance providers and Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs). If cost is a barrier, please feel free to get in touch — we’ll do our best to help. How can I pay? Payment can be made via bank transfer (BACS) or card. BACS payments are preferred and may include a small discount where agreed. What’s your cancellation policy? We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances.
-
Can I refer someone else for therapy?Yes — if you're a healthcare professional, employer, or family member looking to refer someone, you're welcome to get in touch with us directly. We’ll discuss the most appropriate referral pathway and ensure the person you're referring receives the right support in a way that respects their autonomy and confidentiality.
-
9. Do you offer culturally sensitive therapy or support in other languages?Yes — we provide culturally sensitive therapy that recognises and respects the importance of identity, heritage, and lived experience in the therapeutic process. We can also offer support in other languages where possible. Currently, we have a Hindi/Urdu-speaking therapist, and we continue to recruit based on the evolving needs of our clients and communities. Please contact us to discuss availability or specific language or cultural needs — we’ll do our best to accommodate or signpost appropriately.
-
10. What if I’m unsure whether therapy is right for me?It’s completely normal to feel unsure — starting therapy can feel like a big step. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We offer a space to explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. In an initial session, we can talk through your concerns, what you’re hoping for, and whether therapy might be helpful. There’s no pressure to commit — sometimes just having that first conversation can bring clarity. If we’re not the right fit, we’re happy to point you toward other options that might better meet your needs.
