Psychological support for professionals, employees and organisations

Confidential and clinically grounded, with attentiveness to the person behind the role

Confidential Support | Recognised by Major Insurers

Office Meeting Room

For Employees and Professionals

You might not call it burnout. Maybe you are just tired. Disconnected. Running on autopilot. Or perhaps things look fine on the outside, but inside you are struggling to keep up the front.

High-pressure work takes a toll that does not always show up in obvious ways. It can affect how you sleep, how you relate to the people around you, and how you feel about yourself, long before it shows up in your work.

If your employer or insurer has referred you, or if you have found your own way here, you are in the right place. This is a confidential space, built around you. What you bring to therapy stays in therapy.

For Leaders and Senior Professionals

Being in a leadership role can be deeply rewarding - and also quietly exhausting.  The pressure to perform, to hold others steady, to make difficult decisions without showing the strain. It adds up. And the higher the role, often the fewer the spaces to speak honestly about any of it.

We offer a private, confidential space for leaders and senior professionals to work at a deeper level. Not on targets or performance metrics - but on what is actually happening beneath the surface. The patterns that shape how you lead. The things that are quietly wearing you down. What you want to build, sustainably, for yourself and the people around you.

This is psychological work: grounded in clinical expertise, adapted to the particular pressures of leadership, and entirely confidential.

Meeting

We support employees and professionals navigating:

  • Workplace stress and burnout

  • Anxiety and low mood connected to work pressures

  • Imposter syndrome and self-doubt

  • Difficulties in leadership, relationships or team dynamics

  • The psychological weight of high-responsibility roles

  • Trauma or distressing events in the workplace

  • Significant career transitions or role changes

Whether your sessions are funded through private medical insurance, referred by your employer, or self-funded, the quality of care delivered is to the same high standard as our individual therapy. So is the confidentiality.

For Organisations

When your people are struggling, everything feels it - team dynamics, performance, retention, culture. The most effective wellbeing support is not just about reducing absence. It is about giving people something real.

We work with organisations and HR teams who want to offer their employees psychological support - not a helpline, not a wellness app, but qualified, accredited therapists who know how to do this work well.

We are recognised by major private medical insurers, which means employees with relevant cover can access our services directly. For organisations without insurance provision, we offer flexible arrangements tailored to your workforce and budget.

What We Offer:

  • Individual therapy for employees - insurer-funded, employer-funded or self-referred

  • Confidential support for staff at all levels, including leadership

  • Reflective practice and psychological consultation for managers and teams

  • Critical incident support following workplace trauma or crisis

  • Workshops and training grounded in CBT, ACT and resilience-focused approaches

  • Bespoke wellbeing programmes - short-term or ongoing

  • Contract delivery for VCSE, statutory and private sector partners

We currently support professionals and teams across:

  • Public sector and government services

  • Healthcare providers and medical professionals

  • Schools and educational institutions

  • Legal professionals and law firms

  • Community and nonprofit organisations

  • Construction, transport and logistics

Every organisation is different. We will work with you to understand what your people actually need - and build something around that.

We are not a referral platform or a directory. Our clinicians are individually selected, professionally accredited, and bring significant NHS and specialist clinical experience to workplace settings. When you refer an employee to us, you are referring them to a clinician who takes the work seriously.

For employees: your confidentiality is absolute. We do not share clinical information with your employer or insurer without your explicit consent.

For organisations: we are transparent about what we can report and what we cannot, from the very first conversation.
