At Care at Your Home: Psychological Services, we are a team of experienced, NHS-trained therapists committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health support. We offer flexible, person-centred therapy—online, in-person, and within organisational settings—tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual or group we support.
Our service is clinically led by Sayra, a Senior Accredited Clinical Professional with over 20 years of experience across the NHS, community and charity services. Sayra specialises in trauma-informed therapy, CBT, relational and integrative approaches. She also brings a strong track record in clinical leadership, mentoring, and the development of high-quality psychological services.
Sayra provides direct client support but also plays a key role in the training, mentoring, and clinical supervision of therapists, ensuring our team maintains the highest standards of practice. Under her guidance, we remain committed to continuous professional development, reflective practice, and compassionate, culturally sensitive care.

Availability
Therapy Sessions Available In-Person and Online
We offer face-to-face sessions in Buckinghamshire, as well as telephone and online therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Appointments are available on Tuesday, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Each session typically last 50 - 60mins.

We kindly request 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. If a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full session fee will apply.
Our Prices
We aim to provide high-quality, accessible therapy tailored to your needs. Fees vary based on the type of therapy and the therapist’s experience. Standard Session Fees range from £75 – £120 per session.
We kindly ask for payment to be made by bank transfer before the session. If your therapy is covered by an insurance provider (e.g., Bupa), we will invoice them directly at their agreed rates. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept credit card payments.
